Upgrade and complete refurbishment of a four storey office building to CAT A standard. Works include creating additional floor area by infilling voids and lightwells, inserting new windows to increase natural light, providing new sanitary and shower facilities, removing atrium aprons to integrate the top floor into the main space and exposing the ceiling soffit and services to create additional headroom and a feeling of openess.
